We quote per room for carpets and per piece for upholstery, so you know exactly what each area costs before we start. Heavy traffic areas and standard stain removal are included — no surprise add-ons at the door. For commercial jobs, we price by square footage instead. Red clay is completely removable and one of the most common issues we see. Clay is mineral-based; we use specialized acidic spotting agents that dissolve the particles without damaging your carpet fibers. Most red clay stains respond to treatment 85–95% of the time if caught within days.
